Breakfast: Nestle Fitnesse Breakfast Cereals and Low Fat Milk, Banana, Biguerlai tea, Coffee
Lunch: Steamed Tilapia, sauted cabbage & carrot, banana
***Merienda: Lasagna supreme, garlic bread, sliced pizza and a glass of root beer! yummy! hahaha
Dinner: Asian garden salad, corn, Nestle Fitnesse Breakfast Cereals and Low Fat Milk
Exercise: stretching & situps.
