For today, I decided to cook one of my South Beach diet menu for lunch.
Breakfast: Nestle Fitnesse Breakfast Cereals and Low Fat Milk
Lunch: Fried tilapia and sauted cabbage and carrot
Merienda: Jolly Hotdog [hihihi!]
Dinner: Nestle Fitnesse Breakfast Cereals and Low Fat Milk, Asian garden salad and corn
Exercise: Arm exercises with dumbells, stretching, situps. I also did some kembots today! hahahah [invisible hoolahoops!]
