Wow! this is my third day and it seems like forever! hahaha! just kidding!
Breakfast: Nestle Fitnesse Breakfast Cereals and Low Fat Milk, Banana, Biguerlai tea [recommended ni Nino]
Lunch: Fried tilapia and sauted bean sprout, carrot and tofu, banana
Merienda: Watermelon
Dinner: 2pc chicken, peach mango pie [free kasi eh sayang], toffee nut frapuccino tall light [free din kasi]. I skipped cereals na kasi i'm so full na eh. :D masarap kumain pag libre [atleast no rice!]
Exercise: stretching & situps lang. [tanghali na nagising eh. hihihi]
