14-Day Diet Challenge Day 9

Breakfast: Nestle Fitnesse Breakfast Cereals and Low Fat Milk, Coffee
Lunch: High Fiber Healthy plate from Kenny Rogers [Chicken, corn, garden salad with peach, pineapple, carrot, lettuce, apple]
Dinner: Chicken ju, Kakeage
Exercise: Stretching, situps, arm exercise.
